All the personnel at the information desk were so helpful, explaining about events and places we had heard about and read on the Internet, marking out major places of interest on the map. Then they gave us general, easy to understand directions that made our "self-guided" tour more fun and exciting than just random roaming around town. Kudos to all of them.

Very cool visitors center. Excellent visuals of the history of St Augustine and St John's area. Very open and friendly to get a clear idea of the 400 plus year old settlement. Take some time to stop here first and then tour the area. Easy walking to see plenty of the historical sites.

Great historic district with quaint shops, delicious restaurant choices, sites, and fun things to see and do. Recommend off/on trolley, food walk & ghost tour.

Stopped in after utilizing the parking garage. My family stopped here on the way to Disney with no plan. We were greeted by an employee named Joyce. We couldn’t have been any luckier. Joyce gave us a map and laid out a plan to maximize our one day visit. She gave us a route, told us where to go first middle and how to finish our trip. She knocked it out of the park and our visit to St. Augustine couldn’t have been any better. Thank you Joyce! PS, my daughter loved the Scottish accent. We are greatful.

I came in just when the visitor center was about to close. That was a shame because there was so many interesting things to see and read about the history of St Augustine. The people are very nice and proactively ask if you need any help. They are quick to offer suggestions and recommendations for food, things to do etc. I will be back again!

The visitor center is well kept and the staff are all very kind and helpful! They really seem to enjoy helping and talking about the town. You will find visitor guides, maps and coupons for the local stores, restaurants and attractions. There is a mini museum area with replica of ships, items found in St. Augustine, etc. You will also find a lovely gift shop where you will find some St. Augustine swag, books about the area, jewelry and some clothing. The restrooms are always clean and appreciated as we have quite a drive to get there.

Tony and I went to St Augustine Florida while on Vacay 2022. Tony had never been here before, but I have been to St Augustine several times in the past with my kids and other family members. We walked down to the visitors center from our hotel. The visitors center is free to enjoy. There are restrooms, gift shop, informational brochures and museum displays. It's very nice. Very clean and lovely, absolutely lovely!!!

Start here! Clean bathrooms. Lots of parking. If you have a handicap tag there is no charge for parking. Lots of friendly people to help you. The trolly and Fort tour had people there selling tickets. The desk gave us lots of information about where to go and see. Also provided coupons for attractions. They had exhibits to look at and read about the history
